I must admit. I took the plunge, and bought a scooter. When I was in France, I saw scooters everywhere. Wound up buying a Piaggio MP3, which I noticed seemed to be in the majority over there. Piaggio is the parent of Vespa, among others. Now, I am learning to ride the silly thing….
