Yes, Randie has a muse… in addition to her being inspired by various things.
So here’s a few other “inspirations”…

That extra dark dark roast must be pretty powerful stuff, then…no prescription required, then?
You know… there’s all kinds of anti-oxidants in coffee… and still… no prescription necessary. Funny thing… whilst in Galway, Ireland, we visited a pharmacist for some cough drops… and he prescribed a shot of hot Irish whisky for the throat. No kidding.
No prescription, but there probably ought to be a warning label…”excess consumption can lead to bursts of world changing creativity.” be afraid, world, be afraid!
At least enough to get Randie a Vespid… maybe.
I was surprised to find out that, according my son Nathan who worked at Teavana and learned all about caffeine in tea and coffee, It’s the LIGHTER roasts of coffee that have have the highest caffeine content. Bolder, darker blends have LESS caffeine because continued roasting extracts caffeine. I looked it up and, sure enough, numerous sites say the exact same thing.
Surprise, surprise!
Yes, I learned this whilst visiting the only state in the Union that grows coffee. It was a little plantation on the side of an old volcano… and we got the tour… MAN does coffee smell wonderful when they are roasting! Aaaah… Hawaii is nice, too.
Tea leaves and coffee grinds: fuelling creation and imagination since whenever a given culture first discovered them! Knew a guy back in high school who used to sketch the patterns his coffee grinds made just to keep his eye in. Helps that he made a TON of coffee!
A fine chap, I’m sure… Have you seen the water/coffee colors made with coffee? Beauteous portraits made (literally) with coffee.
I have seen a couple of ‘painting with coffee’ displays, actually, and they blow my mind. THAT is color theory and coffee brewing to a super-pro level!
