I found a recipe for a dessert called Lumps of Coal. I made it and took it to the office Christmas lunch. I got plenty of raves about it!
I know how you LIKE them so… And yay for lumps of coal! I think it’s fitting for some people… to get coal that is.

I’m glad you are enjoying the drifting snow… I get it on my Mac computer, but I don’t get it on my iPad… so apparently the snow is fickle. Glad you like it… I don’t imagine you ever see any in FLA.

You have a daunting task, but I’m with you… toting presents can be cumbersome. I did some of my Christmas shopping for my San Diego peeps whilst I was down there around Thanksgiving. It worked out well.
And I feel guilty about eating… Duck and lamb… but they are SO TASTY!
You know what she could get Ryan for christmas? A wool-stuffed pillow and a roast of mutton! But yeah, been here before. Had some exciting commando-christmases in the past. They really can be a lot of stress!
HA! Yes…a little wool would be perfect for Portland. I am wearing a wool sweater as we speak! So warm…why not a little lambie in the pot!? mmmm.
