I was wondering if the never-ever-seen Jimmy would be showing up (but not) in R&R. And know with Garden Gnomes!
Time to face both your nemesis AND your fears, Randie! ‘Splain it all to Ryan, who – after looking at you like you’re a better story teller than he is – will be your cheerleader and, if needed, gnome-bashing shovel holder.
I remember most of the comics where we’re NEARLY seen Jimmy, but never his face, so he remains a mystery. That’s good.
I don’t remember, however, if Ryan has ever expressed an opinion about Jimmy. In some ways, I’m just as interested in seeing Ryan’s reaction to Randie’s feelings about Jimmy.
I’m glad you got a kick out of Randie’s predicament. Not just one “evil”… but two! And I decided to do the Gollum instead of the fighting floating head angels this time around. Changing it up a bit. I liked the metaphor/echo of confliction. Anyhow… let’s see if she goes through with it.
so jimmy chow wants to summon the elder gods to devour the world?
‘Tis true. It has begun.
How funny – I love it!
I’m glad. I can’t leave the gnomes alone. I just can’t.
Jimmy Chow and garden gnomes–the greats always find their way back! Now looking for Twinkie to show up again.
And Randie–college was a long time ago, Sweetie. Time to unload that burden of envy and irritation.
You would think she could let things go… but some things are hard to let go of… and this is a hard one because she’s busy comparing.

There have been instances in Squid Row where we see Jimmy but not his face. Perchaps I will post links.
I hope the coming story will be amusing… and maybe Randie will learn something. Or be forced to.
However, advice from me: never turn your back on a garden gnome.

Oh how I laughed and laughed!!! Not only a Gollum-esque self-discussion, but the GARDEN GNOMES for Jimmy Chow TOO! My goodness. Poor Randie!

Sometimes life kicks you in the teeth. I can take that. It’s when life arranges for you FRIENDS to kick you in the teeth that it sucks!
Randee’s gonna need a whole year of throwdown therapy after this little endeavor!
