Randie is some recall… if you remember, she didn’t remember Emily… and now she’s getting it back. And Now she’s angry.
Randie is some recall… if you remember, she didn’t remember Emily… and now she’s getting it back. And Now she’s angry.
Uh-oh… Rage Randie appears!
Fist clenching Randie is someone to reckon with!
Atta girl, Randie, Emily isn’t good for Ryan. She has an agenda that is anti- Happy for him. She wanted a boy toy, not a partner, and now…..oooo, now what? Will she respect his writing and his benefit to the mag? Will that be enough for her? Stay tuned!
When Emily and Ryan were together, Emily wasn’t ready to consider Ryan’s needs. She could not focus on her PHD goals AND Ryan at the same time. It was selfish of her to “want to do it all” and ask Ryan to move with her to London. Ryan made all the sacrifices… and it left him with a broken heart and a broken piggy bank. That takes a while to get over. More on that later.
Give the gnomes Emily’s address!
Now THERE’s an idea!
No need. Somehow, some way, the gnomes just… KNOW where to show up. (Just like they know how to freeze in place when someone looks at them, no matter how slyly.)
It’s not whether Emily *tries* anything. It’ll be whether she *accomplishes* anything.
If the latter happens… you can be sure Ryan will have to visit his wifey-poo in the slammer.
Assuming she still is by that point.
I kind of got the feeling from learning more of her character she either wanted to ‘get back to’ Ryan at some point and try to pick up again, and got beat to it….. OR she figured this was a chance to ‘make it up’ to Ryan and her attitude soured the whole thing. Either way, she’s not the kind of person most people need in their life.
Trev… good analysis… it’s a mystery as to her REAL intentions. It could go either way, couldn’t it? Is she remorseful over how she left things with Ryan and wanted to make up for her poor behavior? Or was she actually trying to get back into his life in a romantic way? or a little of both… or perhaps more of the “making up for the past” while observing his life with Randie? Time will tell.
