Well, after years of concealing his identity… heeeeeerrrre’s Jimmy.
Is he what you might have expected?
Well, after years of concealing his identity… heeeeeerrrre’s Jimmy.
Is he what you might have expected?
The sort of guy who gives artists a bad name. Which is a shame – you miss the fun of doing it for yourself!
He’s a booger to be sure. He’s overly confident, isn’t he… ?
Here i thought he was going to be like Maris on Frasier lol
I had to look that up… having only watched peripherally of Frasier.
I did think long and hard about whether or not to show Jimmy. I think it was time.
[Licking finger, touching Randie’s forehead] tssssssss…..
Yes, you could boil an egg on Randie’s head there.
Huh.
Jimmy’s pretty close to how I’d imagined him. The short hair is a bit of a surprise.
And from the “tone” the speech balloons are implying, the feud between Randie is not one-sided. I wonder… is Jimmy intimidated by Randie’s art? Is he afraid if Randie makes it to the Big Leagues with her art, he’ll be exposed as inferior? That would explain the cold-cycle voice.
Things to ponder.
Jimmy comes off pretty icy here. He’s full of himself… for sure. He’s overly confident… and it probably makes him feel good to put down someone he went to school with who’s had less success than he has. Some people get off on that.
Well he’s certainly as punch-able as I expected. Didn’t even expect him to ever be revealed honestly! He seems unpleasant, and looks rather like a marionette without strings. He also strikes me as about as invested in his ‘art’ as roadkill is in the whole ‘eat-sleep-breathe’ cycle. Given what I know of the type, he’s scared of Randie for some reason, be it artistically or just the fact that she seem like she could pound him into a greasy stain.
I hope we get a ‘Jimmy gets lung cancer’ story in future. Hey, I’m not shy about who I dislike and wish karmic devastation on!
Ha, yes… “punch-able”… indeed.
I did go back and forth as to whether he should be revealed. But I honestly think that it will make for better story-telling in the future. We’ll see more of “Mr. full of himself”… along with his friends.
As far as lung cancer…. life is a mystery sometimes… we’ll see where it takes those who are “meanies.”
His words are just dripping with menace.
Well, he’s certainly a menace to Randie! Spill keeps up their friendship going. Here’s something to think about… ever known someone who was sweet as pie to one person and then meaner than a junkyard dog to another? I think you’ll see that Spill and Randie experience a little bit of Jekyll and Hyde with Jimmy.
Dang. I always imagined him more like Max, but this isn’t that surprising.
In some ways, they are alike… Both have a good deal of confidence in themselves.
How could anyone not like him?!? LMAO
Well, there’s Spill. Which is surprising at times… but again, there seems to be a Jekyll and Hyde thing going on… Jimmy definitely treats Spill differently than Randie. Hmmm… why do you suppose that is? The story continues.
