Can’t stand coffee…keeps me awake…

I’ve been drinking hot chocolate instead of coffee the last couple weeks – my go to drink when I’m sick. So today I tried coffee again and was shocked how strong it tasted! I didn’t realize how much I was used to it and/or how quickly I learned not to be used to it.
I didn’t notice any particular “buzz” or whatever that some people describe about coffee, but I’ve never really noticed that anyway.
Caffeine and me have been trying to get more distant. I’m starting to get the shakes pretty much 24/7, so it’s time to lay off a bit I think! lol
