Yes, indeed. I myself would worry about cat urp on the carpet, messed up blinds and such. I hate renting because of all the things my cat and I could/would accidentally destroy. Sigh. Better to own, for sure.
It tightens up the money up front but as long as they keep Ella from making too big a mess, they’ll at least get their deposit back whenever they move out.

I’ve got blind slats that have been sliced right through the middle – 6 feet off the floor! Can’t understand how, or especially WHY, they would do that instead of just sticking their heads out the side!
