Looking back through my archives, I found the first time I brought Randie’s love for the Vespids to light. It is in conversation with Ryan… even better for the current topic in Randie & Ryan. This is Squid Row number 423. I numbered the first 500 or so… and then just started dating them. 1-500 aren’t on the Squid Row website as they once lived on WebcomicsNation, which is now defunct.
By the way, a VesPA is Latin for wasp. A VesPID is also a wasp in Latin. Seemed that the slight change was fun.
Okay… the next event is this Labor Day Weekend… Sunday ONLY… It’s the 15th annual ZineFest in San Fran. It is FREE! I’ll be at booth number 5 in the kid-friendly zone. Apparently, there are only 6 of us… family friendly people.
It’s time for West Ending in Sand City (CA)… Saturday and Sunday… Come on out!
