Nobody ever thinks about the pet deposit. Ryan is honest folk, though. He would be upfront with his landlord. Too, cats LOVE windows. This is the best evidence of a cat living at your house.
You’ve heard of a cash cow… well, a cash kitten seems to be the complete opposite. They make up for it with all their adorable cute-ness though.
